HBOT Access Pass

No phone. No inbox. No noise. Just you, reclined in a calm, pressurised chamber, breathing almost pure oxygen while the world waits outside.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy, or HBOT, is the biohacking ritual everyone wants to try, and at PURE you can book it today in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Oxfordshire. Thirty minutes from £45. An hour for £85. You walk out calm, clear and quietly recharged.

How a session works

1. Arrive and settle in. Your specialist therapist talks you through the session and shows you to the chamber.
2. Leave the tech outside. Phones, watches and anything electronic stay out of the chamber, so this is the one hour of the day nobody can reach you. Skip hair products, oils and heavy creams on the day.
3. Recline and put on your mask or hood. Get comfortable. The chamber is built for lying back.
4. Feel the pressure build. As the chamber pressurises, your ears may feel full, just like on a plane. A swallow or a yawn sorts it.
5. Breathe and drift. Thirty or sixty minutes of slow breathing, stillness and calm.
6. Step back out refreshed. The chamber returns to normal pressure before you step out and carry that calm into the rest of your day.

Sessions of 60 minutes or longer include 60 minutes of spa and wellness facilities. Facilities vary by spa, so visit our spa page for details.
