It's open to members and non-members alike, with a whole host of relaxing treatments made with our own completely natural PURE products, delivered by specialist therapists across five treatment rooms, two couples rooms and a dedicated relaxation room.

Book a treatment of 60 minutes or more and you're welcome to use the David Lloyd swimming pool too, so you can make an afternoon of it.
Getting here couldn't be easier — there's plenty of free parking at the health centre plus good bus access, and we're open with long hours seven days a week, early until late. David Lloyd members also enjoy 25% off a first treatment and 10% off treatments thereafter. However you arrive, our aim is simple: to leave you relaxed, cared for and reenergised.

We're open seven days a week with long hours: Monday to Friday 8:15am–8pm, Saturday 8:15am–7pm and Sunday 9:45am–6pm. Booking ahead online is recommended so your therapist is ready for you.
