Genuinely one of the best spa experiences I have had. The therapist Roxanna was wonderful and I am amazed I wasn't asleep it was so relaxing. You have a loyal customer now xx

The facilities are starting to look a bit 'tired'.

I thought Chloe and Gemma were lovely. The massage and facial were lovely too. My only complaints are to do with the treatment room. The wooden floor looked dirty although I think it was old wax/paint blobs. There was a reasonably large space on the floor where the wood was missing, so it was concrete there. The mini square seat was too well used and no stuffing was left - I thought I might go through it and Im a small size 10. The trolleys with oils etc were all cheap plastic. In short the room was not the standard I remembered it to be. (Years ago). In addition, the walls are short, so you can hear all the other movements, conversations happening outside. External staff made no effort to be quieter, whether chatting or doing their duties, which made the experience far less relaxing than it should be. The bed is heated, but the room was too cold for me. Would I go back - Im afraid no - both Chloe and Gemma were lovely, but the treatment room standard and being cold, let them down. I went with my mum who had the same treatments next door to me and agrees with all Ive said.

Had an amazing 90 minute facial from Brooke today and my sister with Debbie. Both of the girls did an amazing job. Really nice welcoming salon. Abbie on reception was really nice too. Thank you for having us.
