FAQs

As part of your membership, you get your allocated credits per month. For active members, unused credits from this month will not expire, so that you can save them up as credit for next month.

All memberships are valid at all PURE locations across the UK so you can enjoy treatments whilst travelling. Please note that spa facilities and treatment availability vary across our spas.

You can cancel your appointment at any time more than 24 hours in advance, free of charge. If you cancel your treatment out with our cancellation policy window, or are a no-show, you forfeit your service credits.

The credit card you use when signing up will be charged each month on the same day i.e. if you sign up on the first day of the month, your membership payment will be taken out on the first day of every month.

You can cancel your membership at any time with 30 days’ notice, any remaining credits must be used 30 days after your cancellation notice. Memberships can be cancelled within your customer profile or contact us and we will cancel it for you.

All rewards are accessed through your customer profile and available in-store. Memberships will renew every month, with the flexibility to stop at anytime.

Let's talk about how to use your membership...

1. Start by purchasing your membership! The cost of the membership covers your monthly member service credits and will auto renew until you wish to stop.

2. You will be asked to log in or create a customer profile when paying for your membership. This will help you access your benefits easily in the future!

3. To book in your monthly service, navigate to the category tab called "Member Services” and select your Manicure treatment

*please note, if you select any other treatment, the reward will not be recognised to use.

5. You're now able to take advantage of further discounts on other services. Time to enjoy your rewards!

6. You must be signed in to your customer profile in order to see all membership benefits and rewards.
