Gift Card Terms & Conditions

There are certain restrictions with PURE Spa & Beauty Gift Cards, such as not being able to purchase gift cards using a gift card.

Are there any products I can’t redeem my gift card against?

PURE Spa & Beauty Gift Cards can't be used to purchase other gift cards or applied to any order containing another gift card. You'll need to provide a credit card, debit card, or other valid payment method to pay for the order if you have gift cards in your Shopping Cart.

PURE Spa & Beauty Gift Cards are to be spent at PURE Spa & Beauty and nowhere else (Groupon/Itison etc.) as they are not accepted by themselves.

Gift cards can’t be used in our shop against the purchase of additional gift cards or Online Exclusive gift cards.

It's not possible to buy PURE Spa & Beauty Gift Cards with any other 3rd party gifts cards.

3rd parties have their own vouchers which you would purchase and redeem against that offer only.

Do I get change if I buy something with a gift card?

No, you won’t receive any change after a purchase with a gift card. Instead, the remaining balance will be updated after each purchase and shown on your printed receipt. This balance can be used against future purchases.

What if there isn’t enough credit on my gift card for my purchase?

If there isn’t enough credit on your gift card for your current purchase the shop assistant will request an additional payment method from you for the difference.

Can I cash in a gift card?

There is no cash alternative to a gift card – they cannot be exchanged for cash.

What happens if I lose my gift card or it gets stolen or damaged?

Please treat a gift card as if it were cash as we are unable to refund or replace lost, stolen or damaged cards.

Can I buy a digital gift card?

Yes, these are available from our online shop allowing you to send a digital gift card on an email. This is a great option when you need to send a gift quickly.
