All rewards are accessed through your customer profile and available in-store. Memberships will renew every month, with the flexibility to stop at anytime.
Let's talk about how to use your membership...
1. Start by purchasing your membership! The cost of the membership covers 1 monthly member service credit and will auto renew until you wish to stop. This credit applies to spa treatment time, hyperbaric oxygen therapy or beauty treatment time. Your membership tier determines how long your member service is, each month.
2. You will be asked to log in or create a customer profile when paying for your membership. This will help you access your benefits easily in the future!
3. To book in your monthly service, navigate to the category tab called “Member Services”.
*please note, if you select any other treatment, the reward will not be recognised to use.
4. Choose your treatment! Your local spa will be in touch before your appointment to find out which member service you would like each month.
5. You're now able to take advantage of further discounts on other services. Time to enjoy your rewards!
6. You must be signed in to your customer profile in order to see all Wellness Membership benefits and rewards.
