This targeted massage focuses on both superficial and deep layers of the muscles to provide muscle relief, improve athletic abilities and increase blood circulation.

In this 40-minute treatment, your therapist will target a specific area of your body that needs attention. If you require additional focus on other areas, we suggest a 60-minute sports massage or a 90-minute full-body sports massage.

To provide relief, this massage is carried out using arms, elbows and potentially the Theragun, to gain deeper pressure. You may feel tender or stiff for a few days after the treatment and you must rest and drink plenty of water to aid with the drainage of lactic acid.

Please note: this is not suitable for anybody with a substantial injury. We recommend this treatment to aid smaller injury recovery only e.g. Musculoskeletal injuries, sprains, strains and pulls.
