I was given a gift voucher for my birthday and decided to treat myself to a 90 minute massage treatment. I was a bit apprehensive because I am recovering from chemotherapy and radiotherapy and surgery, but I had been given the go ahead by my doctors so off I went. Jennifer at Newhaven Edinburgh was my therapist, and she was so kind and helpful and professional. She was also skilled in her massage technique and i left feeling so relaxed and as if I was walking on air. The effect lasted a couple of weeks. I have been sleeping better and my aches and pains lessened. The spa facilities were lovely too. I will definitely be back.

Christina was amazing! Taking time to go through my medical condition and how it impacts on my life, then tailoring my massage to help those areas affected. She was very light fingered, checking that the pressure wasnt causing me pain or discomfort. The whole experience was immensely enjoyable and relaxing.
