Skilled hands. A Theragun. Every knot found and worked loose. A Theragun massage is the deep, buzzing, seriously thorough massage that gym-goers, runners and desk-bound shoulders have been waiting for.

Add Therabody SmartGoggles and you get 20 minutes of warm, dark, total switch-off on top: soft heat and gentle vibration around your eyes while your therapist carries on.

Book the Theragun Full Body Massage Experience from £95, a Theragun Back or Leg Massage from £69, and add Therabody SmartGoggles for £15.

What a Theragun massage feels like

The Theragun is the percussive massager athletes and trainers love. Its head pulses in and out at speed, driving steady, rhythmic pressure deep into the muscle. In our treatments your specialist therapist switches between hands-on massage and the Theragun, warming the muscle by hand, then going deeper with the device.

It feels strong, buzzy and incredibly satisfying, like every tight spot is finally being reached. Love it firm? Your therapist turns it up. Prefer it lighter? They dial it back. You leave loose, warm and moving freely.

Choose your focus:

• Theragun Back or Leg Massage, 40 minutes, from £69. All the attention on the back or the legs, where you need it most.
• Theragun Full Body Massage Experience, 60 minutes, from £95. Head to toe, hands and Theragun together, plus 60 minutes of spa and wellness facilities.
