Give her the whole afternoon. £175 for one person, and every part of it her choice.
She arrives to a full hour in the spa facilities. Then our Welcome Foot Ritual and a quiet chat with her therapist. Then 90 minutes of treatments she picks herself, in her own time.
First, 60 minutes in the spa facilities. A pool, an infrared sauna or a relaxation room, depending on the spa she chooses. Free, and hers to enjoy before anything else begins.
Then the Welcome Foot Ritual. Our signature start — warm water, a moment to settle, and a consultation with the therapist who will look after her.
Then 90 minutes of treatments. Three thirty-minute treatments, chosen by her, finished with tailored aftercare.
She chooses any three
- Any massage — Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy or pregnancy
- Any facial — cleansing, brightening, or tailored to her skin
- Indian head massage — scalp, neck and shoulders
- Salt scrub — full-body exfoliation
- Express manicure or pedicure — file, tidy and polish
- Reflexology — pressure-point work on the feet (selected spas)
- Hopi ear candles — warming ear and sinus treatment (selected spas)
She decides on the day, with her therapist, to suit how she feels when she arrives. If she would like to add time or upgrade, she can, and simply pays the difference.
Her hour in the spa
Included in the price and taken before her treatments begin. What is on offer depends on where she goes:
- Pool — Witney Lakes and Coventry
- Infrared sauna and relaxation area — Aberdeen Union Square, Edinburgh Lothian Road and Glasgow West Nile Street
Facilities differ at our other spas, so do give them a call if this is the part she is looking forward to most.

Questions
How long will she be at the spa?
Close to three hours. Her hour in the spa facilities comes first, then the Welcome Foot Ritual and consultation, then 90 minutes of treatments. Because the facilities hour is at the start, it is worth her arriving on time to enjoy all of it.
What spa facilities are included?
A full 60 minutes, at no extra cost, before her treatments begin. Witney Lakes and Coventry have a pool. Aberdeen Union Square, Edinburgh Lothian Road and Glasgow West Nile Street have an infrared sauna and relaxation area. Facilities differ at our other spas, so a quick call before booking is worthwhile if this matters to her.
What does the £175 cover?
One person for the whole visit: an hour in the spa facilities, the Welcome Foot Ritual and consultation, and 90 minutes of treatments she chooses herself. There is nothing further to pay unless she decides to add time or upgrade on the day. The gift card stays valid for 24 months from purchase.
Which treatments can she choose?
Any three from: any massage, any facial, Indian head massage, salt scrub, an express manicure or pedicure, reflexology, and Hopi ear candles. Reflexology and Hopi ear candles are offered at selected spas; everything else is available at all nine. She chooses on the day with her therapist.
Do I need to choose the spa for her?
No. The gift works at any of our nine UK spas, so she picks whichever is easiest for her. If you already know her favourite you can always tell her, but nothing on the card ties her to one location.
How quickly will it arrive?
E-gift cards reach your inbox within minutes of ordering, so they work for a birthday tomorrow. The posted gift pack is sent free anywhere in the UK and usually arrives within a few working days.
How does she book?
Online or by calling her chosen spa directly, quoting the gift card number. She picks the date and time that suit her, and the spa will tell her when to arrive so she gets her full hour in the facilities first.
Can I buy this from outside the UK?
Yes. Choose the e-gift card and it reaches you in minutes wherever you are, with nothing to post and no customs to think about. She then books at whichever UK spa is nearest to her.
Is it suitable if she is pregnant?
Yes. Pregnancy massage counts as one of her three treatments and her therapist will adapt the others around it. She should mention it when she books so the spa can prepare the right room and products, and advise which facilities are suitable for her.
What if she would rather have something else?

Good to know
We no longer provide robes and slippers with our treatments and packages, as part of our sustainability commitment — she is very welcome to bring her own, along with a towel and swimwear if she is planning on the pool or sauna. More in our service terms.
