I received a voucher to a treatment as a gift. Very nice ladies, very pleasant. The facial was amazing, very relaxing & my face feels nice. Lovely calming room & atmosphere. The lady who did it was very nice & skilled. The only thing I would change is to have 10 min to lie down & relax & absorb the calmness once the treatment was finished.

The experience itself was actually very good- Anika was very sweet and focussed on the areas I asked her to. she created a very relaxing atmosphere. I was a bit disappointed in the process of booking the appointment and the number of times I had to repeat myself or find my package number and then someone else would call me to ask the same thing. I also was not informed ahead of time that it was complimentary to use the sauna and steam room and would have made for better results from the facial- so I did not get to use that service. I would have liked to have been told that over the phone considering Im a first time customer and this was a 30th present. I would return with Anika.
