Terms and Conditions for Lifetime PURE Wellness Membership Contest
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Lifetime PURE Wellness Membership Contest ("Contest") run by PURE Spa & Beauty ("Company").
1.2 By participating in this Contest, each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Contest is open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of the Company are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Requirements
3.1 No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest.
3.2 Participants must enter the Contest by filling out the online form at https://purespauk.com/pages/win-a-lifetime-membership-at-pure and opting in for e-mail and SMS marketing.
3.3 Participants must confirm their subscription to our marketing for this to be valid.
3.4 Only one entry per person is allowed.
3.5 Entrants must be a resident in the UK, excluding Northern Ireland.
4. Contest Period
4.1 The Contest starts at 00:01 GMT on August 2nd and ends at 23:59 GMT on September 27th ("Contest Period").
4.2 Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be considered.
5. Prize
5.1 The prize is a Lifetime PURE Wellness Membership, valued at £23,700 ("Prize").
5.2 The Prize entitles the winner to the Premium tier membership, which includes: a) A choice of one of the following monthly services: i. 60 minutes of spa treatment time; or ii. Three 30-minute sessions of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy or beauty treatment time, to use all at once or split across the month.
5.3 The Prize is valid for a period of 25 years from the date of activation.
5.4 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. It is not tradable and has no cash value.
5.5 The Prize will terminate upon the death of the winner or the dissolving of the Company.
6. Winner Selection
6.1 The winner will be selected by random selection from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
6.2 The winner will be notified via e-mail within 3 days of the Contest end date.
6.3 If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Company reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Claiming the Prize
7.1 The winner must claim the Prize by replying to the e-mail that they claim it.
7.2 The Company will provide the winner with details on how to activate and use the Lifetime PURE Wellness Membership.
8. Membership Terms
8.1 The Lifetime PURE Wellness Membership is subject to the Company’s standard membership terms and conditions, which can be found at https://purespauk.com/pages/pure-membership.
8.2 The monthly services included in the Premium tier membership must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
8.3 The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the membership at any time with prior notice.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
9.1 The Company will collect and process participants’ personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://purespauk.com/pages/privacy-statement.
9.2 By entering the Contest, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the Contest and awarding the Prize.
10. General
10.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Company’s website.
10.2 The Company reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Contest if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
10.3 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
