Spa Treatment Manager
Location: PURE Spa & Beauty – Witney Lake (On-Site)
Role Type: Full-Time / Management
Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
Are you a confident, hands-on leader with a passion for treatments and team performance? We’re looking for a Spa Treatment Manager to lead our spa at Witney Lakes — someone who can drive standards, performance, and client experience, while still being fully present on the treatment floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the therapist team, including freelancers and employed staff.
- Take ownership of spa performance, including utilisation, revenue, and client experience.
- Deliver treatments and support the team during busy periods.
- Manage rotas and ensure diaries are planned and optimised 6+ weeks in advance.
- Drive team performance through coaching, feedback, and clear expectations.
- Maintain high treatment standards in line with the PURE client journey.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Beauty Therapist (essential).
- Previous management experience or a senior therapist ready to step up.
- Strong commercial awareness and a "hands-on" approach.
