In this 90-minute treatment, your therapist will target all parts of your body. This treatment is fully customisable and you can discuss your needs with your therapist during your consultation.

To provide relief, this massage is carried out using arms, elbows and potentially the Theragun, to gain deeper pressure. You may feel tender or stiff for a few days after the treatment and you must rest and drink plenty of water to aid with the drainage of lactic acid.

Please note: this is not suitable for anybody with a substantial injury. We recommend this treatment to aid smaller injury recovery only e.g. Musculoskeletal injuries, sprains, strains and pulls.
