This targeted massage focuses on both superficial and deep layers of the muscles to provide muscle relief, improve athletic abilities and increase blood circulation.

In this 60-minute treatment, your therapist will target your back and legs. If you require additional focus on other areas, we suggest a 90-minute full-body sports massage. This treatment is fully customisable and you can discuss your needs with your therapist during your consultation.

To provide relief, this massage is carried out using arms, elbows and potentially the Theragun, to gain deeper pressure. You may feel tender or stiff for a few days after the treatment and you must rest and drink plenty of water to aid with the drainage of lactic acid.

Please note: this is not suitable for anybody with a substantial injury. We recommend this treatment to aid smaller injury recovery only e.g. Musculoskeletal injuries, sprains, strains and pulls.
