Experience invigorating contrast therapy with an ice bath and infrared sauna, followed by a relaxing afternoon tea in our Himalayan Salt Rest Room. You will also have access to compression boots during your relaxation hour. A perfect blend of wellness and indulgence, tailored just for you. Please bring along a towel and flip-flops/pool shoes. Robes and lockers will be provided.
