You will start your treatment with a relaxing foot ritual. During this time, our expert spa therapist will complete a consultation to understand your massage therapy needs. Then you will move on to a Theragun Deep Tissue Massage. We use the award-winning massage gun alongside massage techniques to help reduce muscle pain & inflammation. The Theragun will also improve circulation and oxygen delivery to the muscles to increase recovery time.

Your therapist will help you choose your preference for massage oil. We recommend our Soothe Massage Oil for this treatment. It includes Eucalyptus & Peppermint oils which aid muscle recovery and ease pain.

After the massage is complete, you will receive our signature Spa Facial. This facial is custom blended with our high-performing natural products, to suit your skin's needs. While your body rests, your skin will be transformed and your mind will unwind.
