The treatment
Warm basalt stones relax your muscles while your therapist uses them for Swedish massage techniques: kneading, rolling and long, smooth strokes. The pressure is set to suit you, from pure relaxation to stubborn tension. Each visit includes a personalised consultation, the Welcome Foot Ritual and aftercare.

Not recommended if you have diabetes or high blood pressure, or take blood-thinning medication.

Every visit: your 90-minute treatment plus 60 minutes of spa facilities. Infrared sauna at Lothian Road, West Nile Street and Union Square; sauna and pool at Witney Lakes; pool at Coventry. Time in the sauna before your massage warms your muscles, so the massage works deeper.
