We had a Q&A session with Timalee Snow, the Education Manager for Therabody. He has a wealth of knowledge about their products, especially the one we provide... the Theragun!

First, start off by explaining your role with Therabody. 

My official title is Education Manager for licensed massage therapy. I have helped create our education programs for massage therapists to learn about implementing Theragun percussive therapy into their practice. I also support setting up, executing and follow up for all our spa/hospitality partners.

What’s your favourite thing about working for Therabody? 

My very favorite part about working at Therabody is the opportunity to change lives and educate! It brings me a lot of joy to help people have a deeper understanding of our products and how much they can make such a difference both for massage therapists, and people in general.

What’s one thing you’d tell someone who’s never tried the Theragun before? 

It is a MUST TRY! One sweep over your muscles and it will completely change your life!

Do you think the Theragun is only for athletes? 

Absolutely not! Being a certified fitness trainer and avid exerciser myself, I can understand where that idea would come from. We have so many athletes that use our products, however Theragun and all Therabody products are truly for EVERYONE!

How long does it take to feel the results after having a Theragun massage? 

The benefits and effects are immediate! Within 30 seconds of beginning application you will feel the muscles relax and the overall sensation of tension and pain relief. The effects are truly instant!

 

What’s something that surprises people about the Theragun? 

I think the biggest surprise people get is how user friendly it is. The ergonomic design and understanding the attachments, people recognize how effective they can be with self care.

And finally, what if you could gift the Theragun Mini to anyone, who would it be?

Oh my goodness, this is a hard one. I have actually given one to so many of my loved ones. I would say I would want to hand one to every person I meet as I really think the benefits could help so many people.
