What spa HBOT is
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) at PURE means lying back in a pressurised chamber in a private wellness room for 30 or 60 minutes, breathing deeply and switching off.
How often to book
- Trying it: a single 30-minute session is £45 and a 60-minute session is £85.
- Making it a routine: a weekly or fortnightly slot keeps it regular. The HBOT Access Pass is 5, 10, 20 or 30 sessions of 60 minutes each: £300, £450, £700 or £900, against £85 for a single 60-minute session.
- Coming in often: the 30-session HBOT Access Pass brings it down to £30 a session.

How many sessions to start with
It depends on what you want from it. One session shows you what a calm hour in the chamber feels like. If you want it in your diary, a 5-session Access Pass over a few weeks is an easy way to start, at £60 a session for a full 60 minutes.
