Lovely relaxing massage and facial lovely experience.

Booked in for a hot stone massage + facial with my friend and both of treatments well absolutely amazing! We have been + had many spas over the years but this one most definitely was one of our favourites. Your girls were outstanding. Highly recommend + will definitely be back. Many thanks Vee??x

The massage and facial I received today were great and very relaxing. Loved the products used. The masseuse was very nice and knowledgeable and gave me lots of good advice before and after. However, I had booked in for a hot stone massage via the Web and then reiterated this via a phonecall with the spa directly as I had to call them to use a printed gift voucher. After I turned up at the spa and got into my robes in preparation for the treatment, i realised the masseuse was unaware I was expecting a hot stone massage and unfortunately there were no hot stones available to use as they take 1-2hrs to heat up. I really enjoy a hot stone massage and the voucher was a 100 gift for my birthday. I had time off work and was able to go along today and was really looking forward to the treatment I had booked. The masseuse was very apologetic but at that point there was no option but to go ahead with a hot oil massage instead. As I said before, the treatment was really good but not what I had booked in for and I am disappointed that the spa made this mistake as surely that's the whole point of a booking system! It was not the fault of the masseuse but whoever was in charge of checking the bookings. So overall I had a nice experience at the spa in terms of the treatment I received but i was disappointed to not receive a hot stone massage as planned and booked.

Really lovely massage and facial by Verity. Super relaxing and she took time to understand my needs, she managed to really work out a terrible knot Ive had in my shoulder. Skin is glowing after the facial too!
